When will my purchase be shipped?

Order before 12pm for same day shipping.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order leaves our premises, you will be notified via email with tracking information.
If do not receive a confirmation email within 24hrs, please email mpausproducts@gmail.com and we will handle your inquiry within 1 business day.

I selected an Express shipping method and have not received my order in the indicated time. What now?

Express Post is still available and remains the fastest way to get mail from A to B. But current operating constraints mean we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment.

We’re doing everything possible to deliver items quickly and will reinstate our next-business-day guarantee as soon as we can.

This change is necessary because of:

new COVID-19 workplace health and safety requirements
record parcel volumes
fewer passenger flights (which we usually rely upon to carry many of our parcels)

How do I use the mask?

1. Fit the provided straps to wear as loops around your ears or, if you prefer you can fit the strap's for an "around head" secure fit.

2. If the mask fits too loosely, Pull through more strap to tighten to desired fitment and adjust placement on face/nose for comfort.

3. A tight fit is a good fit. Check for excess airflow and tighten the mask as needed.

4. Replace the filter after each use; discard soiled filters.

MP Aussie Products is not liable for miss or over use of a filter resulting in lesser performance.

How many filters come with my initial purchase?

Each kit includes 3 filters. For continued use of your mask, you can purchase in multiples of 4 filters from our store.

What are the specifications of the filter?

Please note MP Reusable Adult Face Mask are not medical items!
Our Mask is available as a P1 or P2 certified mask that has passed Australian Standard AS/NZS1716:2012.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We have designed our mask to be a P1/P2 certified face mask that will provide protection as per Australian Standard AS/NZS1716:2012 guidelines.

P1 Certified Filter - 3 Layers

Layer 1 - An outer spun-bond polypropylene layer to block initial large particles, dust, and liquid droplets.

Layer 2 - A single layer of very fine, melt-blown non-woven fabric to block finer dust particles, bacteria, and virus-carrying droplets that cannot be seen to the naked eye.

Layer 3 - An inner layer of spun-bond polypropylene to block exhaled droplets.

P2 Certified Filter - 4 Layers

What happens if my replacement filters run out before i can order?

During this time it is recommended that you always use MP filters for the best protection. It is your own discretion if you choose to use other material or filters with the MP Aussie Products Mask.

How do I wash/clean and remove my mask, and how often should I do that?

When removing your MP mask please remove using the side straps located on the highest point of your head or behind the ears.
(this significantly bring down the change of hand transmission contact as it is the furthermost area to the mask and your face.
The mask should be cleaned after each day's use, or more frequently if necessary.

Cleaning Instructions:
• Remove Replaceable Filter Before Cleaning!
• Dishwasher: Wash on medium heat with mild detergent.
• Hand wash: Scrub with hot, soapy water for at least 20 seconds.

Please do not wash, wet or dissemble filter body! We have made our filters like this to maximize safety and minimize contact.

Filter replacement

1. Replace the filter when there is perceived increase in resistance to breathing.

2. Using a filter sporadically may extend the replacement period to over a few work shifts.

3. Refer to AS/NZS 1715* for further guidance.

4.To remove the filter, push into the mask where one of the filter's corners is, grab the filter and pull it away from the mask.

5. Discard used filters to landfill. If contaminated with hazardous waste, dispose according to regulations.

6. Remove the labels. Push fit one corner first, then follow around the filter's edge pushing it in.

7. After fitting, check that there is no gap between the filter and the mask.

Is the standard mask one size fits all?

Our masks are currently available in a small/medium size and a large size. Please see below for measurements to ensure a correct fit for your face.

Adjust with the strap accordingly with either a behind the ear or over the head location to a snug fit.

Is this product currently being tested or is approved to a certification or standard?

Here at MP we would like to give you the best possible product we can!
With thorough testing and working closely with official bodies, we are happy to
announce that our filters are available in a P1 or P2 certified construction.
After rigorous testing, our filters were given AS/NZS1716:2012 certification making it one of the first certified reusable face masks in Australia!

Does MP Aussie Products come with a warranty?

All MP Aussie Made products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.

(Please note* improper use of any MP Aussie Made product may result in a warranty being declined if it is found to be misused in a particular matter.)
