How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.
This is traceable via the couriers website (Australia Post) and will show you the location of the item as it been delivered to you.
If at the time of order you have entered the incorrect details please contact us as soon as possible! We will rectify the issue as soon as possible for a smooth transition.
Once the item has been marked as posted, we are unable to change the shipping address.
International shipping is available on all items, at the checkout please select international freight.
*Please note during this time that shipping internationally may lead to delays as air freight and parcel flights are limited in some areas of the world*
We will en-devour to process your order as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post from our manufacturing plant located in Melbourne Australia.
All items are sent same day if ordered before 12pm.
To be eligible for a refund your mask must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on orders that have been used or opened due to obvious hygiene reasons.
Unused masks can be returned within 30 days from delivery for a full refund.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded due to the possible implication of personal hygiene issues.
If you have a defective or damaged mask due to our error, then we will happily exchange it for a new one with no questions asked!

A RMA number will be issued and this will need to be enclosed with the return for a quick and seemless turnaround.
Returns for refunds that are approved will be refunded within 48 hours.
Depending which banking institution you are with, the funds will clear between 1-5 days.
